We pick up what would normally be called common trash. Think paper, bags, plastic, cigarrette butts, bottles, etc. We will not pick up feces (animal or human), items that look dangerous, or general yard waste like leaves, grass, and dirt. If something looks dangerous, we will contact the property authorities or business to resolve the situation.
We normally tend to clean at night on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. If the lot does not have lights at night, we will find another time to come out during the day. Safety of our employees is always a priority. If scheduling has an issue on our end we will notify affected customers and make arrangements for lot cleanup on the following day.
We will bag up all trash and throw it in the on-site dumpster. If the site has no trash receptacle, we charge an additional fee to take the trash with us.
Yes, we don't get this request often, but realtors who want a home to look great will use our service. We charge $30 a week for a residential sweep on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. We will however do these during the day when there is light. To help get the home sold quicker, presenting a clean environment both inside the home and outside the home is important. We will clean both the immediate area from the street to the walkway, but also the adjacent sidewalk/street areas up to 50 yards in either direction to ensure a clean environment for your potential buyers. If additional days are needed for service, a modified contract can be provided.
